On the 3rd and 12 with roughly :45 - :50 left Dak completed a pass for a first down to Amari Cooper, and the play I believe was reviewed to see if it was indeed complete. Did they intiate a 10 second runoff, like what happened to us in the Texans game? If they didn't, does anyone know why not?

Didn’t Cooper get out of bounds?

I don't believe that they did but the time it took the refs to spot the ball and for the cowboys to run to the line was ~10 seconds.

The 10 second run off would have to be applied from the time he was downed (incorrectly applied to the Saints week 1)

There is no ten second run off. I made a post about this. Since they ruled it complete on the field and it wasn’t reversed there would be no run off. In the saints Texans game they ruled it incomplete then overturned it which caused the runoff. The issue was they shorted us 16 seconds in that game not. A used by the runoff but officiating incompetence.

They did not rule the ball incomplete, I distinctly remember us hustling to the line to do a QB sneak, the challenge was to spot the ball.

He caught it at :44 and after reviewing the play was snapped at :34 so yeah they did.
