Drew basically confirmed this, saying the fumble was a result of a miscommunication.

The fumble was a result of DB being a deer in the headlight under pressure tonight.

The lack of a true #2 WR did not prevent him from protecting the football. That was sloppy. Drew used to make his WRs better. If the Saints need better WRs to make him a better QB then the decline is real and he doesn't merit his current salary.

O-line played like crap in 3 games !

Atlanta- L
Rams - L
Vikings- L
49ers - L defense and poor coaching

Everyone is spoiled with Drew playing near perfect for years. M. Thomas being our only option finally got us as well. Cook showed up in the 4th qtr. How can a QB who is 6’ throw while being pressured up the middle? I was hoping Payton would run a lot more of Taysom at Qb in the 2nd half. Not because Drew played horrible, but because we had no one open and no time to throw! Hill was making positive plays with nearly every snap. When Drew throws picks or makes mistakes it’s almost always at times when nothing is working offensively. He was pushing too much because he felt he had to.
