Pick up Ed, draft Tyrann, have him teach the young man how to play and act
Meh. New Orleans would be the worst place TM could get drafted to. It'd be hard to reform his act while being around the same people.

Cap space is hard to come by this offseason..
while we are over the cap, we'll be able to make it work with cuts

small investment for the Saints for a potentially big time player

This place would get real fappy real quick.

I heard this as well - don't remember the 3rd team but he said:
Atlanta
New Orleans
Whatever the 3rd team was
Being realistic - it'd be almost impossible for Atlanta or NO to get him. He'll end up leaving baltimore to try and get a big pay day for his last contract of his career. Neither of us will be able to afford him realistically.

I don't see Atlanta being a realistic option, aren't Decoud/Moore having pro bowl type season. The other team was the Phins.
If the Saints have some $$ to offer I could see him seriously considering coming to NO

that would be perfect having a 5'6 CB as a free safety

This same thing was said about Sharper. Its the same exact situation. The best safety currently playing is at the end of his career and he is missing a Super Bowl ring. He knows the Saints are contenders and so does Loomis. We could easily give him a one or two year deal that he won't pass up.

Possible. Maybe I should clarify - there's no way in hell ATL is getting Ed Reed. DeCoud and WillyMo have exceeded this year and are due for a huge payday.

I would have flowers sent to Loomis if this happens.
I will. Truly. Book, hold me to it.

I love how a topic about bringing Ed to Nola still has something about a Tiger becoming a Saint!!!
