They’re going to drag the shite out of the Falcons to remind everyone who’s the best team in the league

Like they needed a reason to do that.

maybe against dalas but not atlanta, even when atlanta hasnt won a single game they fight us tooth and nail so much its unreal how records and team strengths seem to mean nothing and we are always evenly matched at these games

So they weren't going to try to do that before the MNF game?

I don't think we needed this MNF game for any added motivation to try to beat the brakes off of the Falcons.

Actually, this is the kind of stuff that gets Sean and Drew up in the morning. Ingram needs one touchdown to break Deuce's Saints record. Drew needs to show up Mahommes in the MVP race...It's the Falcons. I think it's going to be close for a while but I expect some scoring.

It’s like some of these people don’t know who Sean Payton is....

Yes

Needed or not, if you don't think that Payton and Brees won't use the fawning over the offensive display during MNF, and the fact that Brees and Mahomes are apparently the frontrunners for the MVP, as added motivation to go nuclear on the Falcons on a prime time TNF game, you're either kidding yourself, or just spewing your typical, tired contrarian shtick.

Falcons defense is only giving up a 17 points a game in their last 4, and they could be getting Debo back.

We will have to be prepared to work hard for points, at least early on. I could see us breaking out the run game for this one. And let's PLEASE cover Calvin Ridley this time.

I think they will prepare as though they want to be better than the last performance.

I think they both care.

Everyone watching the Saints regularly knows Drew cares about those records he's breaking, and Sean likes to send messages to other teams and the league.

They play it off well, and we as fans all try to play this "Our coach and QB only care about winning" holier than though stoic attitude, but you can tell they all know what's going on around the league.

I don't give two shits about it either. Whatever motivates them.
