I’m sure he’ll be on the straight and narrow now as evidence by his superb decision making

Be sure to update us again when the charges for his next crime aren’t dropped

I’m not sure how paying off a victim (which is what happened) absolves him of being an a-hole. This is not a one time thing with him but you go on defending him until he’s dead or in jail, I’m sure that won’t be his fault either. Foster is a perfect role model for this weak arse generation. I wouldn’t and haven’t defended guys like him when they wore P&G but Bama fans are snowflakes when it comes to their players and their constant legal troubles.

Boy, you sure are mad.

You got some evidence the judge doesn't know about?

Seems to me Foster should have left that Louisiana swamp trash piece of shite he was dating long before she had a chance to falsely accuse him of domestic violence.

You know, like she did to that other guy back in 2011.

It's funny yall say that when he got arrested I saw so many post about his arrest and the jubilation about "dodging a bullet" because of his behavior and now the muddy water is a bit clear people are now being assholes.

Kept the gun charges because they had to find a way to mess over a black person smh.

Seriously?

As much as I'll agree about the injustice in the legal system for minorities, this is an extremely cut and dry case.

He had an illegally modded(?) gun that carries a felony charge in California registered to him found in his home.

The judge was actually "nice" enough (aka got his fees) to reduce it to a misdemeanor when he did not have to.

The judge also dismissed the battery charges when they had very compelling evidence against Foster, again because people got paid.

Had those charges gone to trial things would be much different, but the judge didn't even let the legal system play out.

No there wasn’t.
Her neighbor said she appeared very calm, the cop who responded said she was calm and didn’t appear to have serious injuries, and the video showed her getting in a fight with another girl. The main “evidence” was her personal testimony.

She also served time for lying about domestic violence against another boyfriend a few years prior and scammed Foster out of lots of money and two Rolex watches.

But seriously get this off this board.

1. Since leaving alabama, Foster has had 3 run ins in 16 months

He is averaging 1 issue every 5.5 months so far as a pro

I wouldnt get too giddy about Foster just yet

2. As it relates to this specific case, the charges had to be dropped. If the medical notes dont back up Foster causing the injuries, it is justice for him to be free and clear.

3. Tidesaint is a psycho tahd fan for posting this here

The Rant already existed with a More Sports Board for general NFL topics. Then Chicken literally created an entire SEC board...and then created a separate team only Alabama board...yet here’s a Bama fan posting about useless shite on the Saints board

Alabama fans are why we can’t have nice things.

It's a shame that you excuse that human debris because he went to the school you root for in football.

Klippen granted the motion by defense attorney Josh Bentley to reduce the charge because possession of the gun did not violate federal law and it was purchased legally in Alabama.
Would this be the result for me if I was in the same situation? Laughable.

But, by all means, keep supporting your 'bammer dreg.

He may be “not guilty” in this case, but he’s certainly no “Saint”

His career will be littered with suspensions, injuries, and personal fouls.

He’s a stupid thug, with alotta crazy mixed in.
Happy he’s not a Saint.
