does not try to meet the pass to Smith at its highest point-- basic technique for a corner

Smith......
says it all

can we ban David from New Orleans forever? If not now, when?

What you mean, bro?
Because everyone all of a sudden is polishing this guy off. He is the interception leader only because of his experience and he knows how to break on underneath routes, and of course your chances of being burned on short routes is much less. All recievers have to do is run deep routes and he will get burned all day long. Why the hell can't people see that!

He went for the INT on 3rd and long on Carolina's last drive, which allowed Steve Smith to make the catch and extend the drive = horribility.

I don't blame JD. I fing hate Bullocks. The dude finally made two good plays today. Instead of ending there, he gave up two long arse pass plays to Steve Smith. His job is to cover over the top!!!

Well, on the play in question, Bullocks was over the top. The pass went to the outside, and guess who fricked up by going for the pick?
(Hint: The answer is the title of the thread.)

David played well again today. Steve Smith is a top 3 WR in the NFL. David never got "burned", he just got beaten on a few jump balls. His coverage was lights out as it has been most of the year.

Jason David cost us the game as always, along with his buddy Josh Bullocks. I guess it was a great way to end the season, Let Steve Smith go against double coverage and get the 1st down. Oh well, THERE'S ALWAYS NEXT YEAR. Damn I hate saying that.

As much as I've hated David the last 2 years, he pretty much did the best you can as a corner against Smith today. The safteys played awful as they have all year.

He's the interception leader because teams throw the ball at him constantly.
frick. It's like a slot machine. You keep feeding money to the fricker and it hits something sooner or later but in the end you still end up losing.

It was a good idea for David to talk smack to Steve Smith.

you guys are so stupid it's just not even worth talking to you anymore about JD.
He didn't get burned ONCE yesterday by one of the best WR's in pro football. He was there every step of the way every single time.
Steve Smith is the best in the game at coming down with jump balls, and he did it several times yesterday, but JD was right there each time with at least a shot to make a play.

With a really good Free Safety, Jason David is a pro-bowl cornerback.

I in no way blame JD for anything wrong yesterday. He played well yesterday, hell for most of the season for that matter.
