He's been banned. People petitioned for him in the last reinstatement thread. I don't know if it was successful.

No, every year at this time he goes to the mountains where he will mate and feast. Then he will enter a molton like cocoon stage and will emerge refreshed and reknewed for the long season ahead.

Banning Breesus is like when the bad neighbors get evicted and your land value goes up, but at the same time it sucks because you have no one else to buy weed from.
