the ball moved throughout the entire process and it absolutely hit the ground. wasn't even close.

I agree. Ball definitely moved, but could not definitively say that it hit the ground.

What a joke the NFL has created with these Catch rules. The ball hit the ground without control and bounced up into his crotch and arm, still not under control, annnnd that’s a catch
