well, with brees multiple 7-9 seasons and we COULD be on the brink of a another possibly.

without him? What say you?

4-12 or 3-13 sound about right?

That's why we need his replacement as soon as possible. We are Cleveland without brees. Once you're in that hole it's hard to get out

I mean, he takes up A LOT of $$$$$...so, there would probably be a few better pieces at some spots (gotta spend that money somewhere). BUT, the QB situation would be

The overall talent evaluation shown from the front office on this roster is abysmal.

I know we would be 0-2 with a Qb making 5 million a year as opposed to 22 million a year. How cares no playoffs, dosent matter except we lose draft position by being middle of the pack

Honestly if the past 3 seasons were breesless we might be better off depending if we could string together a few drafts. We very well might have Wentz or goff or one of the guys drafted this past year with a chance at success in the future. Right now all we have is the chance to watch Brees throw for 300 yards and 1 td in garbage time.

instead of the score being 42-28 it would be blowouts like 99-0.

If we didn't have Brees these past few years we'd already be on a new head coach, GM, and have had great picks to start the rebuild with.

I'd have much rather have had that scenario than endure the past few years. Wish we'd have traded him to Arizona or Denver.

Its not going to be easy to replace a HOF QB.

I don't know how people think the Saints are only 3-4 games better with Drew.

No Drew on "this" team...we might and that is an ugly might win 1 game this year.

Imagine if we had Armstead, Strief, Fairley, Breaux and Snead?

So if we didn't have Drew everyone assumes we'd only have Chase Daniel?

If we didn't have Drew we'd likely acquire or draft a starter quite a bit better than Daniel.

I'm pretty sure every team in the league would suffer tremendously without their starting QB for the entire season.

DB is gone at the end of this season. It would not matter much if he had gone before THIS season because this franchise is in big trouble one way or the other.
