That kid is a baller and would be a complete pain in the arse to deal with two times a year. There were multiple times where I thought we had him for sure but he somehow always slinked out and threw the ball to Hopkins or ran for the first down with the nearest defender being like 7 yards away.
It makes the Saints win against him that much sweeter and more satisfying.

The rest of the NFC south gets to play him this season with only Tampa getting to play him at home. Hopefully those will be loses for them.

Deshaun Watson is going to be a great NFL QB for the next 15 years. The Texans have their guy and for some reason I happy for them. (As a Saints fan). He’s a great QB and will only get better.

If they ever get him an offensive line they’d probably be consistently a top 2 AFC seed. He’s that good and he has plenty of weapons.
Their D isn’t as bad as many people think either. Their secondary is suspect but Cunningham, McKinney and Watt are no joke

I think Watson will wind up as one of the elite of this next generation of QBs as the old guard hangs it up. Since college it’s been apparent he has the tools and football IQ
