If play on the field is stopped for a concussed player, then play on the field should be stopped to determine a helmet to helmet hit.

If the NFL is truly interested in player safety, then preventing or removing an offending player committing a helmet to helmet hit should be as vigorously enforced.

No one is asking that pass interference be reviewed. Helmet to helmet needs to be subject to video review.

On the no call play, trained eyes were watching for a concussed player.

It would have been interesting if the Saints player did not get up and was concussed with no flag after getting a helmet to helmet.

The NFL keeps saying that PI can not be reviewed but video replay helps in spotting concussed players.

Why not have an in game process to review an unsafe player action that can result in a probable concussion for another player or even the offending player.

Exactly.

It's a masquerade that they call "Protect Player Safety" when in reality, it is a dance called "Protect Our 32 Owners from the Debilitating Financial Effects of Players' Brain Damage Lawsuits."

The choreographers of this dance are the Law Firm of Dewey, Cheatam and Howe.
