Do we make a run at him?

We'll give him a 5-year prove it deal.

Won’t we have 3 safeties under contract already with the pre fa agreement? Don’t think we’d invest that heavy on a fourth.

If it's up to Michael Thomas, yes.

Yes of course. More depth would be good as a cushion in case of injuries which are bound to happen. Let him and Coleman fight it out for the starting job.

I don't see Coleman as a starter, a heavy contributor, yes, but as it stands right now, we have Bell and Williams. I don't see either of those guys capable of playing the slot or covering tight ends, which is where we're thin. Badger would be perfect for that role.

Put the Badger back in New Orleans without his mentor PP and potentially around some "old" friends. Pretty risky.

We did, and everyone was way too quick to dismiss it. Yes, he’s changed and matured. But part of making good decisions is putting yourself in the right places. Rather, not putting yourself in bad ones. From everything I’ve read from him, New Orleans is home and a great place to visit, but I don’t think he wants any part of living there again. I don’t think he’d consider us unless the money was outrageously more than he could get elsewhere. And it wouldn’t be.

Yea. Theres no fricking way you turn away Honey Badger.

If it fails. frick it. But Im betting he'd be better than Kenny V and he's not even in his prime yet.

If he’s asked not for too much money I’m pretty sure that’s a really easy way. He’s not this transcendent player that you sign at all costs. He’s a playmaker and I love him but he’s had major injuries and Arizona would obviously feel he isn’t worth the contract if they’re willing to cut him.
