The Saints are in at 8-8. We had a couple of embarrassing losses, but so very, very close losses to good teams. Saints aren’t near as good as we thought they would be this year, but they’re not near as bad as people seem to make them out to be. We get two easy victories in the next two weeks; finish 8-8 overall and in the playoffs. If the ball bounces our way in a couple of playoff games, we’ll be considered as good as any team in the league.

This team is capable of anything, and I mean anything. They can whoop Green Bay and get blown out by Carolina. This team reminds me of Haslett's teams.

if we're 8-8 division champs we can always add a footnote at the bottom (5 plays away from being 12-4)
