HC openings: down to Jets, Bengals and Dolphins

Only dolphins have shown interest in Dennis Allen.
Jets and Bengals targeted other candidates.
If Flores who might be favorite for Miami is the guy, then looks like we may have the whole gang back together next year. Assuming a Nolan/Campbell/Glenn/Lombardi does not leave staff.

It's probably rare when the overall best record in football has no coaches poached from its ranks. But, I'll take it if it turns out that way.

NOTHING concrete, but NFL folks I've spoken with this am believe Kris Richard will land the @MiamiDolphins HC job. We'll see soon enough.

Jets will go with McCarthy or Monken.
Phins will go with Richard.
That just leaves the Bengals. They could poach one of ours but I doubt it. Retaining all of our guys would be huge, especially if we don’t lose any position coaches.

Meanwhile GW goes 5-3 in Cle, losing to the Chiefs, Texans, and Ravens, barely missing out on giving Cle their first winning season in however long with a 2 point loss and gets fired, while they hire their interim OC as the new head coach.

Actually he publicly said he would accept not being HC and would be glad to stay. Either that is PC talk to make him look good when he gets canned or he likes the team.

Yeah I mean if he was willing to go back to being DC, and the defense played decently (outlier seems to be the Raiders game), I don’t see why they'd can him completely unless he thought he deserved the HC spot.
