Have the Saints ever run a lot of tempo offense?

Other than the 2 minute drill? Everyone loves to point out that Brady brought the Saints offense to LSU, but other than similar formations, it doesn't seem that similar at all, especially in the tempo area. In fact, we seem the opposite, seemingly flirting with a delay of game every play.

Flirt with delay because CSP insists on subbing at least 3 players every play. When they do go uptempo / hurry up late in the 2nd and 4th without the subbing they almost seem to score at will. Hmmmmmm
