Every game has a few bad calls, and it did happen fast for the refs.

At full speed it looked like the ball could have been past the players at the moment of contact. Perhaps you should just let it go...

Yeah, let’s let go of the fact that TWO refs were right on the play where there was not only blatant PI, but also a helmet-to-helmet which also cost us a spot in the Super Bowl.
No big deal. But you’re also a Bama fan. So, I’m sure it’s easier to just “let go” of blatantly bad calls.

Absolutely not.
The NFL railroaded our entire franchise into the ground for less contact than that last play. It is absolutely inexcusable to claim to give a shite about player safety and miss calls like they did there and against the cowboys a few weeks ago.

That corner ran accross the field, never looked for the ball, and landed a helmet to helmet hit on a defenseless reciever before the ball ever even got there. You could show that replay as a textbook example of pass interference, helmet to helmet, and defenseless reciever.
The refs had 3 penalties to choose from and didn't throw a flag.

That wasn’t a 50/50 bang bang call. That was the most obvious PI call I’ve seen in several seasons. That play was called to get that guy out of position so it would be either a TD or a recovery panic PI which it was. There is no f’n excuse to miss that call after all the bullshite they have called over the last decade. It was a robbery just like suspending Payton was a robbery.

that call was IGNORED, not just missed..

Every person watching the game knew it was a penalty when it happened including the two refs who were standing next to the play. They chose not to throw the flag for somereason.
This was not an ordinary run of the mill missed call.
