I know, I know, f@#% ESPN. And yes I know these are meaningless. All the same, what a crock of shite. We are tied for the best record in the league and played half of the season with our backup quarterback. I just think it's silly.

Tied with 5 other teams at 10-2. What is the issue with us being 10-2 again?

Im pissed that LSU is #4 in FPI (even though it is useless).

ESPN power rankings are even more useless. In the NFL, it doesnt mean shite.

I hope this doesn’t keep us out of the playoffs. Really, how can you argue with any of these? Baltimore looks like the front runner and the 49ers played them to the final play on the road.

Saints are lucky to be ranked #4 with their no show offense.

When they meet a real team, there is no way there gunna hang. Saints cant keep up with any contender. Brees doesnt have a Good enough supporting cast around him. And Peyton is not helping anyone out except the opponent with his play calling selection. Thats Painful to Say.

Just my opinion, but I think we should be either No. 1 or No. 2. I think Brees' injury makes our record more impressive, and I think Brees has championship pedigree that the Niners and Ravens lack. Lamar Jackson will probably be injured by the playoffs anyway with the way they're using him. It's so shortsighted IMO, but that's a whole other subject.

Oh I'm sorry, I thought we've beaten every good team we've played this year. Our only losses were the Brees injury game to a mediocre Rams team and our one shitty game, a loss to the Failcans.

I think it’s fair. In the last three games, with Drew at the helm, they have not been dominant against three straight mediocre or worse teams. Now I am not too worried because division games are usually pretty tight, but they haven’t been overly impressive lately. Anywhere from 2 to 5 would be fair.

I wouldn’t really complain about it.

The way Seattle, Baltimore and San Francisco have been playing it’s hard to put us over any of them. We’ve been winning and dominating outside of the Atlanta game at home but the scores don’t reflect that. I do think we should be ahead of Seattle. Their D is not good and we beat them without Drew IN SEATTLE.

But until we beat the Niners we can’t say we are the best. If we beat them we’ll probably be #1 next week

I’d say we’re about 4 right now but I’d out the Seahawks instead of the patriots above us. Doesn’t really matter. I think playing the 9ers this weekend will give us a nice barometer of where we are at currently. All these opinions change every week anyway.

49ers raped the Packers.
Ravens raped the Rams and beat the 49ers
Patriots lost to two division leaders this year.
The Saints split with Atlanta this month.

Next question.

ESPN’s power rankings are useless, just like their shitty QBR stat

Their QBR stat was designed to downplay the significance of a pure pocket passer and inflate the significance of the more running QB.

AR complained and laughed at them when the nonsense stat was created.

if they are using the "eye test" then im shocked we arent in the late teens

we struggle just to be average at this point and i cant honestly say we should beat 9ers, we can, but no honest person can confidently say we will unless they are just talking stupid fanboy shite

Wait so the Saints haven’t played a real team yet? Lol that’s so stupid. They have beaten very good teams already and every NFL team is a legit threat to beat any team on any given day.

Ravens lost to the Browns.
Niners lost to Seahawks.
Saints beat Seahawks.

What does it all mean?!

That was 10 weeks ago with a different QB.

The Ravens beat three 2-loss teams. You can’t put the Saints or anyone ahead of them.

The 49ers 2 losses were to 2-loss teams. Again, the Saints lost to the Falcons.

The Patriots are the Patriots. The Saints ranking is about right.
