With a few other holes, another corner seems like a luxury. I can't see them using the remaining cap on another?

I agree with you there and thought we were done with corners, but seems Ryan may be pushing for this move.

Hope he pushes hard enough

A top flight corner allows you to use other players on your roster to cover up those holes.

He took the man to Zea in Harrahan for Christ's Sake... what more could he possibly do?!

Not eat all the food the restaurant had

Question for you since you have some good info on the cap situation. Would we still take the same cap hit for Greer if we traded him for a draft pick as opposed to straight up releasing him?

Only way I'd like this is if we get him at a bargain price and a 1-2 year deal. Sign him to a bargain 1-year deal and tell him if he performs well, he'll get the big contract.

I'm on my Dumervil pipe dream still. I'm not letting go till he's signed!!!

haha I love that place so it would work on me

I love Zea's as well. After having some twice-cooked duck, I'd sign anything they put in front of me.
But seriously, yes, we need to sign more than one corner. Our secondary was horrendous last year. Greer is okay. Robinson is bad. Patrick is gone and was terrible. We could theoretically upgrade our secondary significantly with Asmoghua on the roster.

Asomough and Greer with Lewis and Robinson as nickel and dime is pretty sweet. Move white to S and there ys go.
I really wish there was more news on this. The anticipation is killing me. If we let him leave without a contract it ain't happening

The fact that Payton and Loomis are in Phoenix doesn't bode well for this visit, IMO.

starting to feel......not so great about this

Unfortunately I agree about that. Hopefully they gave Rob the keys before they left

Nnamdi not getting to talk to SP is a potential deal breaker.
