To be fair it went south way before the lawsuits. I still don't know exactly what happened. I saw a lot of hints but nothing concrete. It had to be something bad for Tom to go from groomer her to be owner to throwing her out of the building, which happened.

To be fair I'm not sure the step mom had much to do with it. From everything I read and looked into every single person in the Saints Organization wanted her gone long before Gayle came along. That conflict was just straw that broke the camels back.
