David Onyemata taking the next step
Another project pick with lots of potential. I’ve been happy with his steady progress and improvement. Seems like every week he’s making a big play . I think he’ll be a force next year and become the space eater we need . With that being said, it is still a position we need to either test free agency or draft .

He's already a force. He's a big reason I didn't think we'd see a huge drop off once we learned Fairley wasn't going to play. He can get some inside pressure and has developed really nicely.

Yeah I've been impressed with him, and he'll only get better. next year. He's always making a couple great plays a game.

Onyemata has been solid.

I especially liked when he drug his nuts on Cam's face after laying him out. Good times.

George Johnson (90) looks like he witnessed a murder.

Really glad we hired Ryan Nielsen (D-Line coach) in the offseason.

Rankins, Davison, & Onyemata have all gotten better from last year. Cam Jordan is having the best year of his career, he got the most out of Alex Okafor, he seems to be doing a good job with Hendrickson, & he's gotten some very good snaps out of free waiver wire additions (namely John Hughes & George Johnson). Still have to wait & see with Muhammad, but hopefully that 6th round project works out.

Very underrated offseason addition. He & Nolan have been exactly what we needed.

No joke. It's not often you see a D-Lineman push his teammate off the QB, b/c he thinks the QB might seriously be hurt. At least we know George Johnson is a good guy.

He was truly a project pick. Think we traded up to get him in the 4th round 2 years ago.
Expect his 3 season next year to be huge!!
