Was looking for a transcript of today's Payton press conference, and saw that Chris Cordaro passed away yesterday.

Very sad but what really got to me is this pic and his little girl's face. Cancer sucks.

Poor guy was yellow. Assuming from chemo or jaundice or something. The boy is probably still too young to get it but the girl is obviously devastated.

You obviously don't have class enough to save this comment for another thread.

Nice work!

Chemo is a MF'er, you're literally being fried inside out. God bless the dude and his family.

Pretty much my greatest nightmare, leaving all my kids at a young age. I will keep this poor family in my prayers.

I went to college with Chris & knew him. You could not find a finer person & father. I hate this so much for him & his family. Chris will be missed. Prayers to his family.

Also all the things Thomas Morstead did cannot be underestimated. He is such a great person.

I didn't know Chris, but have known his wife, Jessie, since elementary school. Her and her family are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I can't imagine what they are going through.

Chris was older than me but we grew up in the same town. I had no idea he was sick and his passing is a tremendous loss. From what I remember Chris always had a smile on his face and loved to joke around. Great guy and my prayers and thoughts go out to his family.

I went to school K-12 with his wife Jessie, who is literally one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I met Chris once and he was such a nice guy. This is such heartbreaking news

Lost my mom to cancer when she was 49. I was her main caretaker. Such a horrible way to go. And his poor daughter with the grief in her face. You can see the love in that family. Without a doubt, that man has a special place in heaven. His poor family. I don't pray much but but please Lord give them strength and comfort.
