I think it will be the dolphins because they need him the most

3 though None of these scenarios are even close to being realistic.

with our cap situation, he is probably the most untradable person on our team

MT13 was injured all season.

Best to cut him some slack. That's the smart play, IMHO.

Better trade options are Lattimore and Cook and Alexander financially.

Peat wouldn't be bad to trade either. All post june-1

Of all those situations, NE is the only one that makes sense since the year isn't determined. If the Saints trade MT before 6/1, his cap hit goes from $18.8 to $20M. So we would end up with an extra $1.2M against the cap to not have him on the team

A post 6/1 trade would save the team just over $12M against the cap, but obviously would not give us any new picks in the '21 draft

Wonder if a clean player for player swap would ever be considered with Lions. Stafford for MT. Not sure of Detroit’s wr situation.

The cap hit basically doesn't allow us to trade him.

Lions know they need a QB. Stafford is gone no matter what. Draft a qb in first round and have MT in place as an established weapon for the rookie qb to rely on.

4. Saints get healthy Michael Thomas back.

I realize he’s an a-hole on social media but he’s a dog on the field and this team is better with him.

What's the obsession with the 5th round pick? Every deal has one.

I would agree with option 4 of keeping him if we hadn’t just played an entire season without him and been successful. With our cap situation it makes sense to move him now and draft a cheaper option at WR

So the Fins are going to send us 2 first rounders for 1 WR when there are like 4 bonafide stud WR in this years draft alone?

This shite is not even close to reasonable.

The fact that you think the New England Patriots will give away 3 draft picks for a receiver they don't need is insane. They need a new QB if anything. We don't need to trade Thomas, we need sign Danny Etling from the Seahawks and we are set with a duel threat starting QB/WR.
