All kidding aside, I see the point. And I agree that Cam is playing hurt, and that the game could have gotten away from the Saints quickly if he hadn’t been. OTOH, it’s been obvious for weeks (regardless of Booger playing the apologist with his “upper body thrower” nonsense ) and I feel sure the game plan was predicated on that fact. No need to stress a thin, banged-up offense against a struggling QB your D is plenty solid enough to handle. Just get it done and get out.
