You're right, but let us at least see how he does when the gameplan is designed around him. We can at least give him that, huh?

Can we at least give CSP the opportunity to gameplan for Teddy before we’re ready to torch and pitchfork this season? Teddy is not Drew, but it’s not like this team is devoid of talent.

I know that’s 100% pumping, but dammit I’d rather know now under unfortunate circumstances if Teddy is our WB of the future before we lock him up long term and have him suck arse

3 games we can win. 3 we will definitely struggle to win. 3-3 is possible. 4-4 at the midway point is possible. Come on, Teddy. Come on, defense. Just grind out a few wins, no matter how ugly. Please.

He's got 7.5 weeks to be ready to be back for ATL after bye week.

For me Brees is out 8 weeks and comes back after the bye.

We should be able to go 4-4 without him, maybe even 5-3 if Payton can gameplan a few points against the bears with their anemic offense.

5-3 and a first round bye is still in the equation with our pillow soft second half schedule.

Over the past few years, internally, I’ve always chuckled at the pearl clutching NFL fans when they’ve said that they can’t take the nfl anymore. Deep down inside I thought they were just old foagies (sp?) who were just bitching just to bitch.

It has become too much. DESPITE the awesomely entertaining ending to the saints/Texans game, I honestly felt myself just going through the motions BEFORE drew got hurt, then after, I really, honestly didn’t give a frick. In a weird way, maybe drew getting hurt is what I needed to finally be able to walk away from this shite.

The culmination of EVERYTHING has me genuinely apathetic about the nfl. The shitty officiating, not just for the saints. The NFL completely legislating contact out of contact sport. Unfair calls. No accountability for the men who are supposed to protect the integrity of the game... the obvious favoritism for a certain team and GM. The political shite.... I could go on and on and on. I’ve just had enough and I really don’t enjoy this shite anymore

Hate to say this and I may be crucified for it but this is why you don’t let Ingram walk. Murray is good don’t get me wrong but Ingram’s leadership would be a tremendous boost with Brees sidelined for 6 weeks. It seemed like Ingram also had the ability to step his game up when it was needed most. IMO he and Kamara could have carried our offense over the coming weeks and taken some of the burden off of Bridgewater or Hill.
