I trust SP and Ireland but haven’t things not really worked out when we’ve reached for guys in the early rounds before? SJB and Grayson come to mind.

Honestly no one Knows who will be a reach at this point. Depends who teams like. I think the mocks will be off more than usual this year due to the lack of media accessibility. Teams probably have several mock 2nd rounders graded as 1st

He’s consistently been mocked in the 2nd.
Also, if a team picks him in the first he is by definition a first round pick not a “likely 3rd”.
The amateur mockers have no actual clue what teams are thinking this year, less than usual.

You also have to take these things with a grain of salt. We've been linked to Jordan Love, Reagor and now Brooks in the last few days. We've never been linked to so many different players this close to the draft.
