I'm finding more enjoyment in less mocking and just trying to learn more about the players. I note for those who remember the years of mock 6.0 etc.

A Butler trade could still happen and throw this out the window. Until that does though, I proceed with the assumption that NO Butler trade will go down. That catapults the CB need factor dramatically.

#11 CB Marshon Lattimore
- I truly believe one of Lattimore, Hooker, or Allen (maybe two!) will be available. They should be a must-pick if so. I'm guessing the value-need axis meets perfectly for the top corner. One of those other two if not him. You say none? Then the next rated CB or Barnett.

#32 DE Charles Harris
- The best spin move since Dwight Freeney lines up opposite of Jordan. Taco or TJ Watt fit in this value range as options if available.

#42 RB Joe Mixon- I say he clears their flags and he replaces Ingram as the lead back by the end of 2018. Curtis Samuel could be an option if no Mixon. I like Budda Baker and Tyus Bowser on the D side here.

#76 CB Sidney Jones- if he lasts this long, I snap him up. He could be back on the field this season. Others I like here: DEs Derek Rivers & Basham, OTs Johnson & Moton

#103 QB Nathan Peterman or Josh Dobbs
- not the heir apparent but another try at a project. Not a hope here but I think they take a QB at some point. OT looks good here as well.

#196 S John Johnson
- upside potential and special teams contribution at this point

#229 OT Sam Tevi- converted from D line, ST experience, swing tackle potential

I have a feeling someone is gonna reach for Dobbs in the second. Hoping we're not that team. But we're not taking Mixon, or any RB for that matter. We have our 1 and 2 RBs, why would we need to draft another one when we're a few pieces on defense away from being a superbowl contender?

Would take that all day. Would prefer a wr as opposed to a project qb.

Falcons are rumored to be in trade talks with Seahawks to move up to #26 to draft Harris ahead of Pit, GB, and DAL. Don't think he will be avilable at 32.

From what i've been hearing on NFL radio, Lattimore could slide way down due to his horrible hamstrings.

Anything other than a DE at 11 is a failed draft from the get go.

There's more than one round man.

You don't just ignore your draft board to fill a need.

Doing mocks ain't worth shite unless you put time in and do an entire first round team by team.

At 32 I want Watt.

I think he goes in the early to mid 20s though

I have a hard time with another 3rd round QB attempt. Honestly if its not one of the top 3 guys that fall to 32 or 42, I don't want to waste the pick. We have Daniel and it's not like he's even going to see the field either.

If Brees peaces out next year pull a Colts 2011 ride Daniel for a year and then pick a QB high. I just don't like these half grab attempts that end up wasting picks that can help us now.
