Best Saint players EVER at each position

Ram chould be on there we've had great LT but he could be our best RT

Why does it have to be Anderson? IMO, the only reason he's in the conversation is because he was the offense for most of his career w the Saints. Defense would setup good field position, offense would do enough to get in range, sometimes.

Statistically, he was a below 78% FG kicker for the Saints and missed a handful of xtra points back when they snapped from the 2.

While I understand these points, until Lutz has a banner hanging in the Superdome and is wearing the Yellow Jacket, I'm going with Morten.

To clarify, I wasn't saying Andersen isn't the best K the saints had. I'm asking why does it HAVE to be as in there was no conversation for anyone else?

In regards to his HoF status, that also has more to do with how long he played. Only about 50% of his career was with the Saints, and he finished over 89% everywhere but NOLA.

For argument sake, I think Andersen has a slight nod over Lutz simply because of longevity, but IMO it's close. Lutz has about 45% of the same # of FGs as both players for NOLA
