Here's the stats
Only NIH's stats can be used.

that forumla holds sacks/holding calls in the same regard. holding calls are much more tolerable than sacks.

Saints LT Jermon Bushrod didn't allow a single QB pressure to Giants RE Osi Umenyiora in Week 6.
Football Outsiders also believes that Bushrod, hailed by Mel Kiper two years ago as the steal of the '07 draft, is already better than usual Saints left tackle Jammal Brown. Bushrod's swift development has been one of the unsung stories for the 5-0 Saints. He is slated for restricted free agency in 2010.
Hey guys, this is quoted from the same fricking site that he's getting his stats from. Too fricking priceless.

Looked up some of the best 10 OTs. Mixed in some young guys for comparison.
Walter Jones, has played and started an equivalent of 11.25 full seasons= 5.08 per season on sacks allowed
Jeff Otah (only 1season played)= 5
Orlando Pace has played and started an equivalent of 9.625 seasons= 5.92
Max Starks 2.81 seasons= 7.65
Joe Thomas 2 seasons= 4.375
Tra Thomas 10.31 seasons= 5.81
Jammal Brown 3.625 seasons= 3.17
Flozell Adams 10.125 seasons= 5.30
Jansen 7.68 seasons= 6.28
Chris Samuels 8.5 seasons = 5.02
Heres the order 1-10 for the above players in least sacks allowed per season.
1. Jammal Brown
2. Joe Thomas
3. Jeff Otah
4. Chris Samuels(showing he is performing just as good as the young cats)
5. Walter Jones
6. Flozell Adams
7. Tra Thomas
8. Orlando Pace
9. Jon Jansen
10. Max Starks
Of Course, the top 3 are still young and haven't been beat up on as much as the rest.
Thats some food for thought!
Just another guy to throw out. Stephon Hyer is at 5.72 if you look at total games. If you look at games started its which we all know he hasn't started a whole lot, just 12 GS and 7.50 sacks allowed in 12 GS. He has come into games often but not started a full season yet.

that's from week 6, do you think they still hold that same opinion? i even thought he was brown's replacement at about that time. hell, i even made a thread on it.

NIH=No Interest Hearing your worthless opinion. Now might be a good time to jump off the bandwagon since it has slowed a little.

He was once better than Jammal Brown... now not even serviceable. Damn... talk about not knowing your head from your arse.

can you point out where i said he was better than brown? i only said that at one point he was capable of replacing him, as the weeks have gone on it's clear he cannot.

snap? The only thing Chad's post proved is that he lacks reading comprehension.

I've been happy with the O-Line this season. We have to realize that we have been w/o Heath Evans, and Shockey was out against Dallas, Bell was dinged, Bush got hurt. I don't pretend to know anything about coaching, but I think all the working parts have to be functioning correctly for the machine to run well. Coach Payton admitted that he should have given the guy help. I don't think we as fans should pile on this guy because he had a bad game or 2. you seem very angry. If Brees has a really bad game, are you going to forget all the good he's done and demand he be benched? Lighten up Brah!
