that tie they have essentially negates our win over them b/c we can't finish with the same record as them (unless we have one of our final 4 games end in a tie)

if MINN loses today and we win next week over TB... then MINN can't catch us

ETA: MINN loses today... their max record would be 10-5-1

we beat TB next week... we'd have 11 wins

Suppose you could set seeds 3-6.
What would you want? Within reason.

The matchup with the greatest possibility of Dallas coming to the Dpme. If they make the playoffs that is.

Outside of the Rams, the Vikings scare me the most in the NFC. I know that their record isn't great, but they have tons of talent. Their OL hasn't been good this year, and weren't good in 2016, but they were great last season. If they get their shite together, that team is very dangerous. Would also prefer to avoid teams with two really good WRs.

No reason to be. They aren't leading their division and if we don't win the division we have much bigger problems. It would be a worse collapse than 2002.

Any team that can play Defense is a scary team for us.

I tend to agree.

Vikings have loads of talent.

Assuming the playoffs:

Saints (bye) (home)
Rams (bye) (home)

Cowboys (home)
Bears (home)

Then (2) Redskins/Vikings/Eagles/Seahawks

We'll be getting any of those 6 at home and only one that would concern me is Vikings - even though we just lost to Cowboys.

Rams
Saints
Bears
Cowboys
Seahawks
Vikings

Wild card weekend:
Vikings @ Bears
Seahawks @ Cowboys

Divisional round:
Bears @ Saints
Seahawks @ Rams

NFC Championship:
Saints @ Rams

im more looking at it in regards to the fact that we shouldnt worry about teams below us (outside of the bears) creeping up and taking our top 2 seed.
