I think he sued for $20M or some ludicrous amount... I'm assuming there was a settlement.

I don't recall that there was any footage of the incident as it occured during halftime or pre-game. Anyone know, did he get run over or de-cleated by the ATV?

That was such a strange incident from a game that has significance as the first games of Drew Brees, Sean Payton and Reggie Bush's Saint careers.
