I know. The lure of the new stadium I am sure has a lot to do with it.

But the reality is there is no better place to host a superbowl. Everything is close to the stadium. Don't even need to mention what people have access to.

Also, no idea what type of damage control we had to do with the power outage last time. That.....was.....not....good.

NFL changed their process recently. Now, they do single bid cities. Basically they choose where they want a game, approach that city, and provided they can work it out, they stay with that city.

From talking with some people I know from GNO Sports Foundation (admittedly, they are biased, LOL), I think a lot of the NFL office employees haven't exactly been thrilled with dealing with some of the cities who have gotten games recently. Because, the cities are not getting them because they deserve them / can do a good job with them, they are getting them because the owners are giving each other payoffs for getting new stadium deals.
