A young guy who was starting to show 20/10 potential on a regular basis. Has the value for inside guys dropped that much?

He wanted more $$ from them than to play for us with AD? Pure guess.

But he will shine with us and get a big contract next year.

Damn Cousins doesn’t seem to have made many friends in NBA front offices.

Does sound like BS though bc why would lakers do it w/o first being sure Cousins would accept their offer.

It sounds very much like something boogie would do though. The Rondo/Randke move seems like it was done with boog in mind. I bet Rondo getting $9 mil is what pissed him (boogie) off

Rondo’s not coming off a torn Achilles and is pretty much an assistant coach in addition to being a point guard.

Yeah, sure. Where did I say anything negative about Rondo?

Randle wanted to sign for more than one year and wanted a chance to be a part of a teams future.

Lakers are going to have Lebron and space for two max contracts next year. This is why they are low balling the Spurs.

Next year the Lakers will have their own death lineup of Ball, Butler, Ingram, Leonard, and James.

They goofed.

Randle is a potential star.

I can believe three of those.

I don’t see Ball being kept or Leonard going to LA.

I don't think Lebron puts up with the Balls past thanksgiving

I might be being generous

Thanksgiving? Yeah, you’re being generous.

Lavar will start bitching about LeBron taking away shots from Lonzo within the first week of the season.

At best. I mean, why isn't this being talked about? There is no way this will not be an utter disaster

If that were true he would have signed longer than 2 years (one being a player option). Also, he's basically competing with Mirotich to see who the Pelicans resign the following year.

If Randle opts out next season, what's the best foreseeable contract we can offer him in terms of years/money?

Is it just the 120% raise?
