If he assembled this roster to win -- he should be shot.

If he is still in the process of gathering ammo to make his move, the move needs to happen by this upcoming offseason.

What did you expect when he said this would be a process (no pun intended)?

Yep... this team plays just as awful as the Speedy Claxton team and the Chris Kaman team, except this year we're supposed to have talent.

We're getting close to needing to have a conversation about Zion as well, he is not progressing like we thought.

This product is horrible. With Gentry Ball, at least we get to see some amazing highlights and somewhat of an offense. Here, we don’t see anything. Are we really missing Chris Finch?

Langdon was thought to be some European scouting savant, and that couldn't be more further than the truth.

Dude, he is a liability on defense and one-dimensional on offense.

Part of that is because we hired a coach who runs a system that does nothing to help him on offense, but he also needs to show improvement.

Spare me with the 34 games bullshite.

Yea we have alot of young guys so you have to let them learn and develop but we also have a few guys we could use upgrades for.

Eh, it's true.

His defense was supposed to be a positive coming into the NBA, and he's one of the worst defenders in the league right now.

His effort was all anyone raged about coming in, and he's legit lazy on defense.

He doesn't appear to be remotely in the same shape as he was at Duke.

These are all legit issue that go beyond just saying he's only played 35 games.

I don't think there's a single person who thought he'd be half as bad as he is defensively.

The team has some talent. The team needs another wing to fix a lot of problems.

I don’t think anyone would have expected JJ, Lonzo, Melli, and Bledsoe to be this bad this season.

He’s getting double/triple team, what do you expect from him? His defense looks terrible compared to last year in which I agreed he regressed on that end. That’s all on coaching imo.

One of the last timeouts Stan called it was because Montrez scored on an offensive rebound because Zion didn't even try to box him out. Round mound of rebound Zion is not. I don't know if the lack of effort on defense is because of his lack of comfort/ease in the offense, or if he's just not the player we thought he was, but it's a major problem that needs to be fixed. I lean towards the offense tiring him out, but still, he can't be that bad on defense.

But you obviously don't want to be rational and you just wanna be a bitch when you say shite like this..

His first coach was Alvin Gentry. He hasn't had a full offseason yet. They didn't have a training camp. He wasn't good at defense coming into the league and we just expect it to magically appear, less than half a season worth of games into his career?

Our offense doesn't move the ball and he gets triple teamed constantly and is averaging 22/8.

You can either point out that Zion has a lot to work on while acknowledging that the start to his career has been bizarre and disjointed or you can be an emotional lesbian and say shite like

To not drive straight into those double teams.

He needs to develop a jump shot or at least something that doesn't send opposing defense directly into the paint the second he touches the ball.

The way he plays, he can fill up the statsheet, like he did tonight, but he will never be the best scorer on a championship team if he doesn't expand his offensive game.

His defense was worse than awful last year. What he's showing now is an actual improvement if you can believe it. He just isn't showing a good motor on defense compared to his offense. Maybe they should have went into the season making him focus on defense as a primary priority and offense secondary.

No shite. You want him to develop a jumper 40 games into his career? Giannis won 2 MVPs without a jumper I think Zion will be fine

That's the whole fricking point of the 34 games and no real offseason comments. When was he supposed to develop this defensive ability and jump shot?

You literally started this by calling me a fig, so you can't come back with this weak shite.

Literally said he's good at so many things, but the way he plays is just not efficient at all right now.

Every bucket that isn't a rebound putback (which he is elite at) is a chore for him right now. You're freaking out because you think I'm saying he sucks and we should've never drafted him (which I've never said, and still won't say), but you can't tell me that his one-dimensional offensive game is a tad concerning.
