I just became a season ticket holder. This team is moving in the right direction. Very excited for the season and future.

I had a single nosebleed, and I bought a second seat next to mine last week. I’ll go to most games and bring a friend, but I can also flip two seats easily for the big games like the Lakers. They were only $350 each for 41 games. Others should think about that! Have yourself reserved for any game with no worry about not being able to get into the building!

Wise choice. As a season ticket holder, I’ve never been so giddy for basketball season. Better to get on the train now before it gets going. It’s impossible not to be excited at the potential. I feel like I’m going to wake up tomorrow and go “goddamnit AD is still here...”

If we made “most optimistic predictions for Pelicans moving forward (in February)”, I honestly don’t think anyone would have come close to:

"Gayle removes Loomis, Gayle hires David Griffin as EVPBO and gives him unlimited power and resources, who then hires Aaron Nelson and fills the GM role with Langdon, Jrue is challenged to leadership role and accepts, you end up with ZION, Lonzo, Ingram, Hart, Jaxson Hayes, the #17 pick, the Lakers draft unprotected for Half a decade (outside of 2020), and oh, you still have $30mil in cap space for free agency just for shits and giggles with Solomon Hill gone”

It’s just stupid.

If the potential is reached, this could be an extremely weird moment in time looking back in hindsight.

I will never begrudge people selling back their Lakers game to help pay for the season tickets, I did it last year twice in a lost season last year. But goddamn if we are any good this season and everyone stays healthy on both teams, that ticket is going to spontaneously combust it’s going to be so hot. It will be the hottest ticket since the team moved here by a margin as wide as the Gulf of Mexico if we’re just playoff competing for 7-8 level competitive. It will still probably be the hottest ticket in franchise history regardless of how good we are.

If the NBA is smart, they’d open with the Lakers vs Pelicans on opening night honestly. I expect it to be the reverse with us going to LA to begin the season on national TV, but the more fun, emotionally charged story is easily in New Orleans.

Damn that’s cheap. I wish I still lived in Louisiana. I bought Canes (NHL) season tickets here for $2600 for 44 games. Even the cheap tickets were double that. Right now is the time to buy them.

yeah I am actually a little bummed I wont be able to get season tickets living in NYC right now. I will make sure I have NBA TV or game pass or whatever I need to follow them nightly.

I will also be able to catch them at the Garden(super easy barely an inconvience cause they suck) + at Barclay

You don’t think Zion vs Barrett at MSG will be expensive? I’m genuinely curious cause I always pictured NYC to be a better market than you’re making it sound.

Last season I sold the warriors and lakers regular season tickets and almost paid for half my season ticket cost.

You can shame me but I don't care.

depends on the schedule and when they play. I would hope it isnt an early season matchup.

NYK fans are supportive but there is a lot of bitterness with the fan base in general. Honestly if they strike out in FA like many expect them to the only reason tickets would be expensive would be because NY wants to see Zion too.

However I havent had any issues getting tickets recently. Yes you pay more on average than at the SKC but I dont plan on going to really any other games there besides this one and I am willing to pay to make that happen.

I do that shite every season, lol.

I upgraded from my super cheap seats to center court, 5th row, upper bowl. I made the decision during the season because frick AD, that’s why. I almost pulled the trigger on lower bowl this year, but I’m happy with my new seats.

Pels tix give aways this season should be a better viewing, team and seat location.

First time season ticket holder as well, do we get our seats for preseason games as well?

New STHs, there are a lot of perks to being a STH. Take advantage of it. Go get your free beers. Go to the events offered by your rep. My daughter has done some really cool shite through the Pels just because I was a STH.

The past few years, there's only been one pre-season game, but yes, you do get your tickets for pre-season.
