Is he suppose to enter the draft this year? He reminds me of CP3 in college, I would love for the pelicans to take him.

That doesn't look likely unless the Pelicans pick up another 1st round pick. He's expected to go in the mid 1st round and the Pelicans will be picking top 10.

I would be shocked if he fell to the middle of the first. He's probably the player I want the most right now, though I haven't had a chance to see Porter play yet.

Phoenix has 2 lottery picks what are the chances we trade back lets say we end up with the 5th pick and they get the 8th pick and 14th pick would it be worth it to trade back to the 8th pick to also get the 14th pick?

In the NBA 2 C players =/= 1 B player so tier hopping like that usually doesn't happen. That being said, I can see a situation where injury and redundancy could make the Pelicans lower the grade of someone like Nerlens Noel. So say he drops to 5 and Phoenix really wants him, if Demps' tier 2 extends to pick 8 I could see him making that deal, but again trading draft picks doesn't happen in the NBA like it does in the NFL.
