Stop with this trading Jrue shite. It's not going to happen.

I think it's unlikely. The most important thing that needs to happen the next few years is Zion and Ingram becoming legit superstars. They have a better chance of doing that with Jrue helping them make the playoffs and getting them reps in games that matter.

Beal is an interesting trade option depending on the price, but you really would need a player in the same tier as Jrue like Beal or McCollum for trading Jrue to make sense. Trading him for a package of quantity over quality like Garry Harris, some prospects and picks just doesn't give you the same value as the next few years of Jrue. Especially in a conference as tough as the West where making the playoffs is not a given.

We are going to get to a point where we either keep Lonzo Ball or Jrue Holiday I figure. I'm still in favor of adding another elite scorer. But who knows if Beal can mesh.

Washington has j wall.
they dont need lonzo.

while i applaud any good deal for lonzo **
you would need a 3rd trading partner to get beal.

lonzo to mystery team

the pels mid first 2020 #1 to wizards
mystery team unprotected #1 2021 to wiz
mystery team starter to wiz
pels 2021 2nd round to wiz

beal to pels

** zo ft% 57. i dont want a pg who cant make ft with game on the line.

Unless Jrue wants to go to a “contender” I honestly believe we have him for the rest of his career or at least the next 5-6 years as he will become our Iguodala but not off the bench. Just my opinion

i cant do bellichek to him ever. he can retire with grace as long as his agent isnt a fool about value later.
