Tony Carr Playing in Perm, Russia

I have to confess that I wasn't paying much attention last year when we drafted this guy in the 2nd round, but I just realized that we still hold his NBA rights. I see that he's playing in the Russian league this year in Perm, which is a long way east of Moscow, in central Russia.

He must have looked really bad in the Summer League last year, no? Because I see that he didn't even come to training camp, but just instead went straight overseas.

I don't see him ever being a guy that comes to the NBA...could be a nice trade chip down the road though if someone wants to take a flyer on him.
