I'm obviously in the "it's too early for this thread" camp, but...

Agree with OP. Agree completely. Gentry's mother fricking retarded lineup at the end of tonight's game is a fireable offense.

Gentry’s entire tenure here has been riddle with injuries...and He spent an entire offseason scheming with a roster in mind and a few days before the season starts bam—no Zion.

What lineup would you have put out there in the final 2 minutes? Just curious.

*thats what he’ll say that he will do. Good ole Apathetic Al. Zero accountability. After every loss he’ll say “give it time, it will come together.” 82 games later, nothing

Is that what he does? When does he do that?

Listening to Mike Malone makes you realize how pathetic of a coach we have.

He might be a player's coach but his decisions and playing time decisions are awful, plus the defense has always been an issue.
But Anthony Davis situation gave him a pass and his only goal now is to develop Zion for the next coach.

I get the Gentry criticism, if not the degree of it, but if Jrue just puts the ball on the floor and goes to the goal instead of settling for an awful, flat, contested 3 WHEN WE DON'T NEED A 3, there is a good chance it's all free bubbleup and rainbow stew on this board. It doesn't excuse Gentry, but i just can't believe Jrue, who is so dang talented, wasn't thinking time and score.

I’m pretty sure Al isn’t apathetic about winning games.

They played almost perfect defense on that possession. He had no room to go to the basket, he was double teamed and forced to put up a bad shot. He didn't settle for it.

The frick is Gentry doing, this shite is frustrating.

Favors 16 and 7 on 8 of 10 shooting, benched the final 18 minutes.

Redick played on stacked Philly team last season and STILL averaged 18.1 points per game, he sits the last 1.5 quarters as well. We run zero plays for him.

An 11 man rotation is crap. Get that down to 9 and run with those guys.

Gentry has been woeful through 2 games, just awful.

You, my man, speak the truth. JJ can’t find his way on the court but frank fricking Jackson is running with the 1s. Favors has 6,872 points in the first and the coach benches him never to be seen again. I trust Grif sees the same shite and will either make him adjust or shite can the frick out of him. The team has plenty of talent to win.
