My bad guys. I just got off work and heard the news. Shouldn’t have started a thread. I’ll be on my way now.

The odds of you being the first to hear about the news and post about it are astronomically low. This goes for virtually everyone.

Lonzo actually fits with Zion pretty well. He’s not a bad player.

he cannot shoot and in any tight playoff game would have to be pulled b/c he's a historically bad FT shooter for a G

zion isn't the best shooter and may not develop into one

you can't have 2 guys who are primary ballhandlers not be able to shoot in the modern NBA. Jrue isn't exactly a sharpshooter, either

Ingram isn't a great outside shooter, either. so that package sends pieces that may have value, but doesn't really push the Pellies into a great spot. if those pieces are the valuable, LAL can deal them for assets that are worth AD (the fact that they can't shows you their value isn't what our optimism wants us to believe)

also he'll never re-sign and will likely be a complete malcontent on the team

Yep if the pieces from the Lakers are so great. Why hasn't every team jumped on this treasure trove of players?

Lonzo on this team just doesn't work

I can listen to an optimistic view of Ingram's potential and possibly be sold that he'll turn into mini-Durant, but not Lonzo

Ball and Kuzma just feel like huge headaches

I can sell myself on Ingram and I like hart but those guys above would probably have to be turned into something

mini Durant?

not even close
their styles aren't even the same.
1 of them can shoot
just cause they are tall and lanky doesn't make them alike.
I actually like ingram for what he is
lonzo wouldn't fit with jrue jitsu and doesn't want to be. here
