Here. We. Go!

Can the Lakers some how turn pick #4 into Bradley Beal?
CJ McCollum?
Rudy Gobert?
DeMar DeRozan?
??
My bet, AD headed to #Celtics as soon as tonight.

I have so many twitter receipts of Laker fans being absolute morons for the past 6 months that I need to use so badly.

What does the Celtics have to offer to another team for their top player that the Lakers don’t have that’s better?

The Lakers haven't gotten another team to bite on anything yet, so until they do, that isn't particularly relevant, no?

Boston's dilemma: Offer Tatum -- along with a package of young players and picks -- and New Orleans probably bites. But if Kyrie walks this year, Davis the next all the gains made in the Nets trade disappear.

I know, I’m just saying if they’re struggling, wouldn’t the Celtics struggle as well? They’d have to give up Brown but how high are teams on him? And they’ll have to pay him after this season.

Tatum?

Not sure if I misunderstood what you meant, but the Celtics don't need to involve a 3rd team.

I've been saying literally this, almost word for word, on this board since the Celtics season ended so badly, particularly with Kyrie.

No dude I’m saying to get a third team involved in the trade. Lakers are struggling with using their 4th, Kuzma and/or Ball to get a all star quality player for us. What do the Celtics have that can beat that and convince teams like Washington to give up their bigger assets

I guess I worded it weirdly, my bad

Tatum, while talented, isn't a sure-fire all-star like Beal. Not saying Tatum doesn't have great potential but a lot of people here tend to overrate him. Not interested in the Celtics deal unless, at minimum, they offer Tatum, Smart/Brown, Grizzlies Pick, and one of their own picks (preferably 2021 unprotected).

Celtics can then just trade AD at the deadline if it doesn't work.
