after the regular season ends, and as each team's season ends, they are free to make trades, except that no player whose contract will expire or who will be an RFA on 6/30 can be traded

TOR can still make an offer...masai ujiri isnt playing or coaching

Nothing like using PPG for a player on a bad team to evaluate a player in 2019.

Kuzma isn't good.
