Since the Memphis trade isn't finished look into flipping JV for Myles Turner.

And add JT Thor as well. Garuba is probably the most ideal prospect as he has the highest floor to contribute as a rookie.

If we draft another big man I’m gonna melt hard. No more big men! (In the first round)

Considering what Billy did for us on I think a min salary, I'd prefer to go that route again.

Its honestly not the worst idea at this point.

Would cost additional assets but at least you know you have a steady anchor at center now that Hayes has probably fricked up his career.

Or extend JVal, if we can get it at the right price.

I'm not sure if right now would get a solid value, but I do think an extension now would give us the best value, and waiting longer and into the season would only see his asking price go up.

The moratorium ends in 8 days. No deals will be finalized before then. Hopefully that gives them enough time to get insight into what will likely happen with Jaxson and make alternate moves if needed.

Kai Jones would be my #1 target regardless of position if he was still there at 17 sans Moody's availability. I don't think either will be there, but would be glad to be wrong.

I would happy with Garuba or Day'ron Sharpe too. Alternatively, we could go with one of Queta, Bassey, or Petrušev as upper class NBA sized bigs in the 2nd round. Jay Huff could be an interesting option as a stretch 5 as well.

Garza late in the 2nd wouldn't be a bad idea. Low ceiling but a good enough player to contribute minimal minutes immediately

I hear ya.

I hated the Adams extension the moment we did it, but I do think JV is much better and would be ok with something, unless it is also way on the high end.

With JV, we're more likely to reach for a big at 35 than we would at 17.

Is it possible to get:
Lowry
Zo
BI
Zion
Turner

Could you get all these guys on a roster and make it work financially?

Luka Garza is useless in todays NBA. I’ve never seen someone with slower feet
