Is SeatGeek a resale site? Selling other people’s unwanted tickets? Or are these genuine available seats...

Got my tickets... coming for the T’Wolves game on March 3rd Section 111 row 4 behind the pels bench... super excited for that!
And March 6th for the Heat game up in the 317 i think.
Can’t wait!
