20.3 pts
3 rbs
4 asts
1 stl

I think he will have a comeback season and will stay healthy when he realizes how good this team will be in a year or 2. I also think if he can put up these numbers and we have a good record he and anthony will be first time all stars

I really dont think its funny. if this team is going to be good next year he is going to have to be big for us and these are realistic numbers that he has already had. I think he will be on this team also because right now his trade value is worth nothing

I think Dell lets teams know he is interested in hearing what they have to offer especially late in free agency when teams miss out on certain guys. But he won't get any offers worth taking so he waits and hopes EJ stays healthy and performs well and deals him at the deadline if we aren't in the 6-8 range for playoff seed. Latest he deals him is in the summer. Because if EJ performs well enough to earn the same or bigger contract, he will opt out for a bigger market.

Honest opinion...

If he could actually be fully healthy for the entire season. This is what he is capable of when healthy.. But betting on Eric Gordon being healthy is a worse deal than betting on the Bobcats to make the playoffs

His injury proneness is not an attitude issue, at least not one that will change.

I think the best case scenario for the Hornets is having the Warriors make it to the 2nd round without Klay Thompson or Harrison Barnes contributing much.

Gordon and #5 for Thompson, Barnes, Biedrins, Jefferson and a top 3 protected 2014 1st.

How do people feel about Tyreke for Gordon S/T?

I don't really like Evans for the money he's going to get. I see him best suited to a 6th man role.

Do not want. Jefferson AND Biedrins both have bad contracts, right?

Bad expiring contracts. You'd have to take one to make Gordon for Thompson/Barnes work financially, the other is to get a 2014 pick from a team that would have 3 injury prone starters after you gave them Gordon.

So we trade a 2013 early lottery pick for a horrid contract and a 2014 late lottery pick? Again, no thanks.

You think someone will give him max or near max?

That trade just keeps kicking the can down the road another year. When do we get to stop sucking?

The only stats I care about concerning Gordon is Games played, Turnovers, and FG%. Hopefully, we see a dramatic turnaround in all of these categories.

No, you trade a 2013 early pick for Barnes. The Warriors probably wouldn't do Gordon for Thompson and Barnes.

Either way, too much garbage.

Isn't he expected to get paid in the $8 - $10 million range? I see him as one of those positionless guys with an incomplete game. Dominating the ball coming off the bench he might come close to earning his money, being a highly paid complimentary starter just isn't his game. He either needs to shoot better or create for others better to fit that role. One caveat to that is he did up his 3P% quite a bit this season to almost 34%. If he could keep improving that to 37% or higher then I could see him working out as a starter.
