A couple guys in the rocket thread said they'd be down with a Lin, Asik, & this year's first round pick for EG & a 2nd round pick

I don't really care about ole Tom's bank account myself if it's not messing with cap space. EG is making > 30 mill next 2 seasons with cap. I'd do it, but I can understand where you're coming from.

no knock on the messengers but I'm sick of all these rumors from the writers and analysts but almost nothing from our club. i understand the game of "keeping it close" but dell could at least give us a verbal bj every now and then. or am i missing when he does?

Why should salary info that doesn't effect the cap matter to fans? They are about 16.6 on the books next season (I believe), that's barely more than what Gordon makes alone. Also, it would get Roberts off of the court, while adding a big man. Lin would bring some much needed 3pt shooting to the team, too.

The salary isn't discrepancy isn't that large anyway. It's just condensed into one season, where Gordon's is spread over two. Also, if the team would actually start winning after the move money would be made.

The asian community here is pretty small. all because he's asian doesn't mean I think he's great either.
