I do, but maybe I'm being too optimistic. I can't think of a more talented roster besides maybe GS and OKC.

I may be doing this wrong, but it looks like we are almost 6 mil away from where we need to be. Rivers wouldn't be enough.

Can we package Ryan Anderson and Eric Gordon for a top 10 pick? Would anyone bite?

Hopefully that doesn't happen. Holiday Evans MLE SF Davis Asik Then you bring Gordon and Anderson in to run the second unit. I am guess they will have to dump Rivers. I don't see a reason to dump anyone else more valuable.

Here's the problem. You have Asik who will be in a contract year so you HAVE to give him 30+ minutes. Then you have Anthony Davis who will be playing 38mpg.

There just isn't enough playing time to go around and it would be much better used on a legit SF. Someone will become disgruntled as Williams is terrible at distributing minutes.

Would it be possible to trade Ego and then for that team to amnesty him like we did with Rashard Lewis?

Let's stack them up versus the Clippers. Jrue < CP3 (but not by a lot) Tyreke > Reddick (by a fair amount) SF (both teams just have scrubs) AD > Griffin (that is a toss up IMO) Asik > Jordan (but not by a lot) Anderson > Crawford: Score to me is 5-1, maybe 3-2, but either way, it still favors the Pelicans.

This is likely the end of Jason Smith.

Pick to HOU has Lowry-style reverse protections, per source. NOP keeps if in top 2/3 of lottery, and if it's 20-plus. In b/w, goes to HOU

Feel like he protection is off. They are most likely to get a pick in late lottery through 20. Weird. Wonder if obligation stays if they don't convey next year

What's the point in doing this?!

The draft pick included in the deal has protections. It will go to the Rockets if it falls between picks 4-19, sources said.

I hope this is a typo on ESPN's part.
