I will say this much... Griffin and Gayle aren’t dealing in half-measures.
They are going after what they want and making a hard play for it, not trying to nickel and dime it like a UCLA coaching search.

This place would have been a mad house all weekend if the last thing we had heard was that Ferry (the alleged front runner who was being offered the job) was bowing out.

How you feel about all this Crewz? After listening to you and Ryan for years, knowing that this is this franchise first time going ALL in I'm curious to know your thoughts since you mentioned this franchise will never win because of a incompetent front office.

I am excited but I can't help wondering, "What the heck took you so long!!!"
If this would have been the approach from Day 1 when Benson bought the team, they would have had fantastic success (relative to what they actually had) and I think AD would be signing his extension this summer with a nice amount of talent around him going forward.
We have had two generational players and I know people think we can just get another one. But what if you never get one again and now you have the proper structure but not the talent? Sorry, can't help but wonder about that

Even when it comes to billionaires, they have to fall flat on their faces sometimes to get the clearer vision of how to do things. I don't like going through the "what ifs" because that's a pointless exercise. So I'm just happy that the apparent turnaround is happening in my lifetime, and I'll just wait and see how it all goes. Most def excited though.
