It would be 10-12 from here, 6-8 people from Twitter, 15-20 writers and NBA staff to start. But there would be ways in once you proved your worth. It would get up to 200 within the first year. Thats my projection. Might be a little too big for a group text

Staff will be good. His analytics targets are top notch and that, plus scouting staff, is where he is aiming next. Medical staff after that. But his budget is large and he has some of the best on his radar, from some of the best organizations there are. He isn't JUST going after guys he has already worked with, though a couple of his former co-workers are on his list

Who will relay the elite board convos to the regular board? There has to be a perfect ambassador. Someone not too dumb but not too smart. Or both really dumb and really smart. The options are endless.

Redden deal will be done by end of week/next week. Again, if Redden wants it of course. He will get a better title and a significant pay bump, so I can't imagine he says no but I don't know the man.
Medical staff and trainers, technology, etc will receive significant upgrades and overhauls but that will come after FO staff, analytics, and scouting department are taken care of
