I don't think I have ever seen a coach talk so much about how he is trying to get better, improve etc.
Not saying it's a bad thing, just interesting to see from a professional coach.

All I have to say is this . . . I'm going to have a shite eating grin on my face come October. Exciting lineup and contending for the 4 or 5 season come next April.
