Pipe dream is to get James Wiseman somehow. I think he’s the best player in the draft imo

Offseason Needs:
1.Competent, Consistent two way Guard
2.Wing Defender
3. Rim protector with soft hands and understanding of defensive rotations
4.Stretch Big: Shouldn’t gamble on Melli developing.
5. Vocal a-hole in the locker room with a Winning pedigree
6 Of course a coaching change. Lue, Kidd, or Atkinson

i think we've used up all our draft lotto luck will definitely be at 13. i'm hoping for patrick williams there

ingram- will get the max from us. lets hope he earns it

frank jackson- my guess is we sign him to a team-friendly deal, but honestly this dude is up there with the worst players in the league. definitely would not mind us letting him walk

kenrich- not sure why we wouldnt even try him in the bubble. hoping we are able to keep him on a team-friendly deal. he at least knows how to play defense and is a solid offensive rebounder

josh gray-

cheatham- not quite as much as gray but still

favors- do the right thing, griff. please let the man walk

moore- i guess at the right price i wouldn't hate him being at the end of our bench. i'm guessing some other team is willing to offer him more $ and he walks

jah- tough to say. dont really care. my guess is he ends up signed by a different squad

we desperately need a guard who 1) can get to the line and 2) doesnt turn the ball over at alarming rates

hoping we somehow end up with van vleet. id guess theres a less than 5% of it happening tho

assuming we cant get FVV, im hoping for dragic

Offseason after being eliminated honestly may be more exciting than making the playoffs would have been. Getting swept by an average margin of 30 ppg wouldve been painful

To do list:

-Fire Uncle Al
-Hire Cousin Kenny
-Find players who have heard of this "defense" thing
-Have Zion and BI run 100,000 pick and rolls

Melli made huge strides in what was technically his rookie year in the NBA. He’s got another year on his deal, so we’ll know by sometime next season if he’s worth re-signing. I was impressed with his defense in the bubble and his offense before the shutdown. Hopefully he can combine the two for 2020-21.

Offseason wish list

1)FIRE GENTRY.

2)Hire a defensive minded HC.

3)Draft Vassel or Nesmith. Both are the best shooters in the draft, Vassel being the better defender. This move allows us to do #4.

4)Trade JJ to Orlando for Aaron Gordon (Orlando would make it a 3 way trade with someone like Milwaukee to get JJ to a contender). Bucks send their 2020 Pacers pick to Orlando, Pels send 23 Lakers pick to Orlando.

5)Use MLE on Jae Crowder.

6)Let Favors walk. Work out a S&T if possible.

7)Sign Ish Smith.

8)Max Ingram.

9)Offer Hart a 4/48 extension.

10)Bring back KW.

11)Keep working with Ball on his shooting, but especially with his shot selection. If a quality trade materializes, look to move him.

End up with a final roster:

PG: Ball,Smith,NAW
SG: Jrue,Hart,Vassel/Nesmith
SF: Ingram,Crowder,Williams
PF: Zion,Melli
C: Gordon,Hayes

If it wasn't obvious, I would like to switch to a small ball 5 lineup..

Much like LAC runs with Harrel.
